Sean Walling built me an awesome Grasshopper two years ago, which is still my main ride. So it was cool to finally meet him in person. I love Sean’s no-nonsense approach to building bikes. More pics after the jump!
Sean Walling got his start working for Bruce Gordon in the late 80s, but really cut his teeth as a welder for Salsa. After Salsa got sold to QBP in 1998, Sean formed Soulcraft with a fellow Salsa coworker Matt Nyiri. Matt left in 2005, but Sean has continued to build great frames and forks with the Soulcraft name.
The Dirtbomb is a recent addition to the Soulcraft lineup, though it’s been an informal option to customers for years. Clearance for 700 x 45 tires! More at Soulcraftbikes.com
