Rich Fox founded Circa Cycles in Portland, Oregon three years ago. With a background in a design and engineering and a love for his old Alan road bike, he developed a manufacturing process he calls MABEL for “modular and bonded endless lugs,” utilizing CNC-milled aluminum components.
